Concierge Club Newsletter
A key part of The Concierge Club experience was acting as a ‘London Culture Concierge’—inspired by the classic hotel concierge who knows everyone in ‘the know’, and has a Rolodex full of contacts and deals. To keep members in the loop, the club regularly mailed out physical newsletters with updates on upcoming events, exclusive offers, and special access deals. Many of these perks were limited, operating on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The previous newsletters hadn’t seen much traction, so I was asked to step in and quickly craft a fresh one to move the remaining tickets before it was too late. I’m happy to report that every ticket and offer mentioned in my newsletter (below) was snapped up the very same day it was delivered.
